Mo\u017en\u00e1 pl\u00e1nujeme, \u017ee se odpoledne, a\u017e se vr\u00e1t\u00edme z&nbsp;pr\u00e1ce, budeme v\u011bnovat n\u011bjak\u00e9 pohybov\u00e9 sportovn\u00ed nebo z\u00e1jmov\u00e9 \u010dinnosti. Jsme ale unaven\u00ed, a tak se m\u00edsto proj\u00ed\u017e\u010fky na kole uch\u00fdl\u00edme ke&nbsp;sledov\u00e1n\u00ed sitcomu v&nbsp;televizi. Chceme j\u00edt brzy sp\u00e1t, ale povinnosti odkl\u00e1d\u00e1me na ve\u010der &ndash; a ne\u017e pak v\u0161echno ud\u011bl\u00e1me, zase je tolik hodin&hellip;\tProst\u0159ed\u00ed, v&nbsp;n\u011bm\u017e \u017eijemeK&nbsp;tomu, aby \u010dlov\u011bk ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b n\u011bco zm\u011bnil, pot\u0159ebuje v\u016fli a odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed. Ta m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ale snadno zlomena i t\u00edm, jak na n\u00e1s p\u016fsob\u00ed na\u0161e okol\u00ed. Rodina, p\u0159\u00e1tel\u00e9, kolegov\u00e9 i m\u00e9dia, to v\u0161e na n\u00e1s m\u00e1 vliv &ndash; to v\u0161e m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit, \u017ee na\u0161e odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed opadne. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, ne v\u017edycky jsme ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed negativn\u011b a ur\u010dit\u011b se v&nbsp;na\u0161em okol\u00ed najdou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed by n\u00e1s ve snaze o zm\u011bnu podpo\u0159ili.Cht\u00edt ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b n\u011bco zm\u011bnit, a\u0165 u\u017e jsou to drobnosti (kter\u00fdmi je asi nejlep\u0161\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt) nebo velk\u00e9 v\u011bci, znamen\u00e1 \u010delit mnoha p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ek\u00e1m. Na konci trnit\u00e9 cesty n\u00e1s ale \u010dek\u00e1 dobr\u00fd pocit ze sebe sama, pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdrav\u00ed a \u017eivotn\u00ed pohoda. A to za to stoj\u00ed.
